He has evolved key relationships with overseas buyers and almost all major paper manufactures in India.

Mr. Jagdish N. Nagdev - Director.
Mr Jagdish Nagdev (Rgd. for C.A,- ICAI, PGDBM, M.Com., from Pune University & P. G. Diploma International Trade from Symboisis) has a rich work experience of 8years in middle level management in Domestic & International Business. He is pioneer of Genecity of Biotechnology Education Centre in Pune a humble beginning with a planning for expansion two another Centres in Mahrashtra, India within 2 years having capacity to Train 1200 students.

Ms. Deepalaxmi Pote – Management Faculty
Ms. Deepalaxmi, one of the highly qualified members. Management Graduate (Biotechnology) from Department of Management Science - PUMBA, University of Pune & M.Sc. (Zoology) from Pune University Department, having two & half years of working experience in the field of Medical Transcription Industry & Pharmaceutical Industry. 

Ms. Chinmayee Bar: Faculty-Research Associate
Ms. Chinmayee Bar a Master of Philosophy (Biotechnology) from Pune University Department (Thesis: Microbial response to Heavy Metal Toxicity at the Biochemical Level) & M.Sc. (Micro Biology) from Bilaspur University – stood second during her Post Graduation. She has worked on characterization and identification of human serum proteins using Mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF, LC-MS/MS TOF).

Having research Paper at International Level & Published Poster at 27th All India Cell Biology Conference and International Symposium. Awarded Scholarship from Pune University for M.Phil. Member of Indian Society of Cell Biology. Her Research interest is in the field of Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Clinical Research.

Mr. Ashwinikumar Kulkarni: Faculty-Research Associate
Mr. Ashwinikumar Kulkarni has done M.Sc (Biotechnology). He has Industrial Working experience in the field of Plant Biotechnology & has interest in research related to Molecular Biotechnology with applications in Medical & Health Sciences. He has also qualified Ph. D Entrance Test of University of Pune.

Mr. Ashish Maskar – Training Faculty
Mr. Ashish Maskar who is Post Graduate in Biotechnology from Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences (Deemed University) & Bachelor of Pharmacy from Pune University known as Oxford of East. Having a Poster Presentation at National Level. His research areas of interest are Medical Biotechnology & Probiotics. He is qualified IIT-GATE 2004 with 94 percentile score.
